Thank goodness for the pandemic’s beautiful silver linings. Like Jen and James’ love story.

These two met during these strange times and, despite the fact that they lived across the country from one another, their connection was quick and strong. Both adventurers with a love of the outdoors, they were quickly dreaming up adventures to have together and, after trying a few of them out, knew they wanted to continue the adventures forever. With remote work now a possibility, Jen was able to move across the country to be with James. When it came to their wedding, however, there was no better place than in Napa, where Jen had grown up and where her parents shared their gorgeous private estate as a backdrop.

Working with a talented team including Cole Drake Events, Amy Burke Designs, Encore Events and Theoni Rentals, Jen and James created a celebration that felt like an elegant garden party with their closest friends.

The day began with beautiful weather and the buzz of anticipation as everyone got ready for the big day. Jen’s dress was so beautiful!
