Set against the lush backdrop of a Northern California apple orchard, this early fall Dawn Ranch wedding was a seamless blend of elegance and natural beauty. Guests were welcomed by thoughtfully styled rental kiosks adorned in ivory linen, with benches and floral touches echoing the orchard’s late-summer bounty.

The ceremony took place under the redwoods, with a live band and lush floral installations that were later repurposed to frame the reception stage. After the heartfelt vows, guests transitioned to cocktail hour as the newlyweds took private photos beneath the orchard trees. Soft music, seasonal cocktails, and ambient lighting set the tone as guests mingled and explored the grounds.

Dinner was held on the upper orchard lawn under string lights, with each guest assigned to a seat marked by a personalized menu card. The head table seated 23 people, while round and queen tables featured soft Tuscany linens, votives, and understated florals in a palette that nodded to the season.
